You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pro access is sold as a recurring subscription through Paddle. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Paddle.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activity, abuse, security attacks, scraping that harms service stability, or infringement of third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, UI assets, and code (except your own content) are owned by Yianna Beauty. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yianna Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your paid membership through your payment provider.
